We have looked at the yellow page ads for other DJs. We have to laugh at some of them. The worst ads are the ones that offer a cordless microphone at no extra cost. What a Joke! They probably bring it to every event and use it themselves. If they aren't using it themselves, they are nuts. Why would any DJ charge extra for this? R&K Music Mix has more than one cordless microphone at every event. We would never charge extra for a person using it during the event. Words of advice: Some DJs offer all kinds of services in addition to the music and entertainment they provide. This can distract them from the music, dance and entertainment for the event they should provide for your occasion. If a DJ tells you they can plan any part of your special occasion in addition to the music and entertainment, be very careful. They may be entering an area they don't have time for or know anything about or they are hiring people to do what you could have hired and provided better and for less cost.
